Our Process

Kitchen projects can seem overwhelming and confusing, but we make it easy! Our knowledgeable staff have extensive experience building kitchens and we have a process that is proven.

Our process begins with a kitchen design consultation at your home. During the consultation, we will gather your ideas for what you want to have done; measure the space involved; and make suggestions regarding design. We will come equipped with brochures that outline the different cabinet, door and handle styles.

While IKIT ltd. has over 25 years of experience backing it; every project is unique and therefore requires the qualification of costs by tradesmen who are preparing to do the work. This may require a second meeting in your home to make sure estimated costs are accurate. The result of this process is to correct any discrepancy in the estimate and we will provide you with the most accurate estimate possible.

At this point we will be prepared to enter into a contract. It takes typically 1-4 weeks from the arrangement stage until we are prepared to begin to work on your house.

The signing of our agreement also requires a deposit of 60% of the total contract. The order for cabinets, handles and finishing pieces will be processed thereafter.

Once the order has been approved, a delivery schedule is established. The delivery date helps determine when the build and installation will take place. You will be given a schedule in regards to the installation.
